I've been having a weird odor down there and I'm not sure what's it's from. I figured it could be from taking a bubble bath but recently inside my vagina it's really sore it hurts to have sex. I can't have an sti, but now my lymph node in my groin is swollen, I've had the chills, night sweats, fever, nausea and headaches for days. I've been getter cramps and I've never felt a pain like I do in my vagina right on the first inside part (if that makes sense). I don't know if it could be my iud or some kind of vaginal infection. But I've googled everything and nothing seems to add up.
