Am I pregnant?

9 days ago I had unprotected sex, my period ended the day before I still was bleeding the slightest bit before I had sex, but ever since I had unprotected sex I have been bleeding brown and red but hardly been bleeding that much, this last week I have been having cramps like when I have my period I also have had back ache, could anyone help or suggest anything
