Question is could I still end up pregnant even if I took plan b? This would be the first time I ever take the pill. I took the pill almost 17hrs after

No, it's plan b for a reason and is very very effective. When you take it more than once it becomes less effective. My advice would be to get on birth control to not get pregnant. This is assuming he doesn't know when he's going to ejaculate x
