Late period!

My period was suppose to be here Saturday and today is Monday. I have one tube and in April was told it was blocked via dye testament caused from endometriosis. After 6 months of treatment my periods have been very heavy and on time or early. I had really bad cramping almost two weeks ago on the same side of my tube. Could this be my time!!?? Don't know if I should feel excited or continue to wear a panty liner in fear of a period.... What you lady's think??
