Anxiety in public. How do I cope?
So I really don't like being in a place with many people. I get very nervous and get mild anxiety and mood swings. If I'm at a restaurant I get really sad, but I can hide it. When I'm at the mall I get aggrivated and irritable, that is harder to hide. And if I'm at in the lunchroom at school I get this nervous twitch under my eye, that I can't control at all.
I understand that I'm not the only on in this world and that helps to some degree but I don't know how to deal with it.
Any tips for keeping my cool in public areas? It would be sooo sooo helpful, thank you
