Weird baby floaties

So I came across this video of a baby with a floatie around his neck. So naturally I googled what the heck it was. After some research I came across a company called Otteroo. Apparently they allow the baby to explore and they are safe (allowing the baby to float and toxin free when it comes to the plastic material. So would you put your baby in one of these?  Despite how "safe" they claim to be I would never put a child in one they make me nervous for some reason.
