Polka Dot legs ?

lol my legs have a bunch of tiny black dots on it , my sister says it's my pores that are dirty but who has them? or how to get rid of them? help please

I used to suffer from them a lot.. Especially in winter season.. These are hair follicles which fail to grow normally and is higher in girls with oily skin as the sebum production is high.. Solution is daily regime of  exfoliation and moisturising skin.. use a body scrub because I personally didn't find loofah helpful .. Then moisturise legs with massage.. Apply Johnson's baby oil before going to sleep.. Don't use any hair removing cream.. Always wax.. Increase water intake too.. You will see difference in 15 days and spots will be removed after 3-4 months if you're regular.. But don't discontinue otherwise problem may appear again!  Best luck.. :)

I get those too especially in the summer unfortunately I don't know hot to get rid of them. But once it gets cold they go away on their own.

Maybe hair bumps? It can happen depending on how you shave. Maybe exfoliate with a loofah and see where that takes you.
