Just left emergency room!!!

Oh my gosh I am 10+4 today went to the er with extreme abdominal pain and couldn't keep any drinks down!!! Turns out I have food poisining and a mystery uti I knew nothing about. Did ultrasound on baby and everything looks good is what they said. If baby was measuring behind or lacked a heart beat clearly they'd tell me that stuff? I just got that anxiety going any help
