Nexplanon... Opinions?

Question

So I recently got the implant (on the 20th) and I have yet to have any symptoms. My nurse told me the scary stuff (like how they had just removed one and how many people have nonstop bleeding) but I had the depo before which I've heard is similar (like if you do well on it, the implant will be the same). 
I'm just curious as to how others feel about it. Google can be intimidating at times...

I got my nexplanon implant in for the second time in November and the first 3 years of having it I didn't bleed at all which was awesome!! But now I'm back to having a regular sometimes irregular period every month. Everyone's bodies react differently but love it and wouldn't change!! My doctor told me that it is the most effective bc out there so if I was you I would just wait a couple more months and let the hormones secrete through your body and then if you don't like it or something else's happens just have your doc take it out

I've had it since the 7th and I don't have anything bad to say. I feel the same way about all the girls saying negative things about it when I googled it lol
