I started my first period 3 days ago (which is the normal length of my mothers) and I stopped bleeding a few hours ago and I've been laughing and I sneezed once but nothing came out so is it over or should I keep a pad on (oh and when I checked my pad nothing new was on it.) help

If it's your first maybe wear a pad for another day just to be safe. Sometimes they trick you! You think you're done and then the next day there's more blood.
