Ovulation Test

This may be a silly question.. But I have never been to a fertility clinic or a doctor to talk about if I am able to conceive. I have been TTC for 6 weeks. Last month I got a smiley face, had sex 3 times, and I ended up getting my period. Today I took the ovulation test again, because this is my most fertile day. I got another smiley face, and had sex 3 times. I know the smiley face means I am ovulating, but does it mean I have eggs and that I can get pregnant? Do I have to go to a fertility clinic to see if I can conceive or is this ovulation test proof that I deff have eggs and can conceive?
