Do all guys think that just because a woman doesn't feel well that she's on her period?

My friends always assume that every time I say I don't feel well that I'm on my period. I know that as a woman we get our monthly cycle but we are still human. We are allowed to feel under the weather.

Right! it's like the days you don't wear  eye makeup people ask  'are you sick?'   
Granted: everyone's cycle affects them differently . I have 2 really weird days right before my period and maybe one other day when I'm ovulating but I don't feel emotionally or physically different. some women ,you would think they were dying during their period or they become absolute sex kittens during ovulation. just depends on the person
