Montgomerys tubercles questions
I'm trying not to symptom spot... but let's be real here. According my other app my AF is due Friday and that app is usually pretty close to accurate. I was examining my breasts in the bath and noticed these tiny white head looking bumps on both my areolas around the nipple. I have no idea if I've had them before. I Googled to see if it was acne and it said they are called Montgomery's Tubercles. Which are basically caused by the sebaceous glands in your breasts. It said the main cause is usually pregnancy. But it also said it could be cause by hormonal imbalance and such. So here's my question, have any of you experience this before AF or early pregnancy? should I just relax and stop trying to symptom spot? Lol
