No period yet

Any other moms approaching a year with baby and no period yet? I can't believe it's almost 22 months without it. I have ovarian cysts and I thought one ruptured yesterday bc it was just like it was in the past but today I feel like I'm getting my period. Anyone else experienced this? And how was your first pp period? I'm so crampy. If I don't get it by his first birthday I'm going to the dr. PS- I'm not pregnant and I'm still breastfeeding
