Food poisoning/ stomach bug while breastfeeding

Has anyone gotten really ill and dehydrated while nursing? Did your milk supply come back?

I have been sick for 9 hours so I'm very dehydrated.. I'm now able to drink some amounts of fluids but I don't think my EBF baby is getting enough milk right now.... He won't take a bottle of my breast milk so we might try a syringe to get more in his belly while I recover and get my supply back.

Any success stories?
