My first love was my high school sweet heart we were together for almost 7 years we had a baby girl and got married  we are not together anymore since 2012 He move on with an older women they had a baby I move on as well I'm pregnant now I love the person I'm with but I feel like the love I had for my ex husband will never compare to anybody else I feel like if life gives me an other chance I will still choose him over and over again...we have so many memories sometimes I ask myself what does he think I don't love him anymore I just a lot good feelings for him wish him nothing but the best in his life.

You have to remember that while you have lots of good times, you didn't last for a reason.

Having fond memories now is great, but don't let it distract you from your current relationship. Cherish the past, but embrace the future.

There is a difference between love and being in love. I have love for my first but I am not in love with him. I wish him well and can say that we had good times together but I don't want him back, I don't even want to be his friend really but I wish him the best in his future.

I'm not married yet but my first love is mine once again after 4 years.  I missed him a lot but I never let that get in between  me and whoever I was with. It just simply  happened and now we are together.  Enjoy your present and future, even if the last feels comforting or extremely memorable.
