SPOTTING OR PERIOD?

yesterday im having abdominal cramps so badly then i have slight pink spotting then i vomitted once last night but today my blood becomes heavier i think im having my period already but still experiencing cramps and backpain i thought im pregnant maybe its not yet time better luck next time....:( last month i had my period at 28 now it started 25 a little early because i have irregular cycle...
