Any tricks for headache??

My head is throbbing, any safe ways to get rid of this? Please and thanks

I use peppermint oil. I've never been on to go all natural, but peppermint oil has been my savior these first 9 weeks of pregnancy

Tylonel. My doctor said to help me sleep I can take tylonel PM so I'm sure regular daytime tylonel is safe. Ask your dr. Also make sure to drink lots of water & attempt 6 small meals a day. I've noticed if I don't eat or I'm dehydrated I get headaches too

I use Young living lavender and peppermint oil in a headache technique taught to me by my upline. Works wonders and has me avoiding drugs during pregnancy

I had someone suggest magnesium today and so I did some research! It is supposed to reduce frequency of headaches during pregnancy. I broke one in half today and took 250mg and it has held off my headache pretty well, usually by this time of the day I'm dying in pain from them!!!

Aromatherapy body wash or lotion. Breathe it in. I tried it because I was desperate and haven't had a headache since! Mine were so bad I was crying all the time.

I drink a glass of water with Tylenol and placed a cold rag over my forehead and eyes . My headaches got so bad last night I couldn't keep the meds down so the rag took a little bit of the pain off

Tylenol has never worked for my headaches before or during pregnancy so unless it's a migraine I don't take anything. I try to drink a little bit of caffeine in the form of iced tea every day (about 100mg, you can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day) and that has helped greatly with my headaches.
