Can someone help me with an answer?

So I'm new at using opk's, and I've been testing for about a week now. On Thursday afternoon I got a strong positive, yesterday I got another positive, and this morning it's a faint positive. My question is: What does the faint positive line mean? Does it mean the egg hasn't been released yet, or that it has? Sorry if it's a dumb question.

An OPK can be positive for several days, the reason you don't hear about it much is because most women get there positive once and stop testing. After the first positive that indicates that you could ovulate within the next 12-36 hours. Opks don't confirm ovulation, three consecutive days of elevated temps confirm it. Some woman don't ovulate even with a positive so there's nothing to do with a faint line. Your always going to get a faint line on an OPK because your body always has LH in it. Hope this helped!
