Help am I pregnant?

Hi guys! So I had sex around the 9th and my period was meant to come on the 11th and it still hasnt come. But he didnt even cum inside me it was on my hand and we used protection so surely theres no way im pregnant but my period is over two weeks late and jm too scared to get a pregnancy test for now. Also ive been getting really bad cramps. Im so stressed iut what do i do
