Hydrosalpinx on right Fallopian tube

I was diagnosed with a hydrosalpinx on my right Fallopian tube via HSG last Thursday and they wanted to put IUI on hold because of it and told us not to have intercourse during ovulation. I am almost wanting to leave it untreated because I've read that it could be mistaken for hydrosalpinx but turn out to be just fine! I have been trying for over a year though and I've done four rounds of clomid and I was put on femara this month only to be put on hold. Has anyone else gotten pregnant with an untreated hydrospalinx and been just fine?
