Boyfriend

So I've been dating a guy for 2 months and I really really like him. He tells me he's been in love twice before me and they both cheated on him. However He posted with me on Facebook and someone made a snide remark of him ruining all the relationships he had saying "yeah well where's the other three he was in 'love' with." I'm not sure if it's the friend being an asshole or if I should be concerned. Help?
