Think I lost my plug??? Help ladies! 36 weeks

I just used the bathroom and a big chunk came out with red blood in it. Is this normal??? It's been so long since I had my first child I don't remember. I'm looking on google and finding different answers. Let me know if you have had this happen to you. Thank you! 36 weeks + 2 days pregnant
