Has anyone ever had no symptoms at all? Or very seldom symptoms.

I'm asking this because the last few mornings I have woken up with a very sore stomach (cramping, sick to my stomach and pressure) and it got better as the day went on...it wasn't gas, because that is what I thought it was. But I've had the cramping for a few days. But no spotting, or usual signs I have of AF visiting.
