Induction, helping things move along
Getting induced tomorrow night and wondering what I can do to try to dialate more, or even go into labor naturally.
I'm 37w3d. Dialated to a one and 50% effaced.
I heard eating pineapple and spicy foods? Walking? Sex? (Not sure I can have sex. My body hurts quite a bit already)
