What are some weigh loss exercises?
Ok, I need some help,
I have an full hourglass figure and have a bit of a tummy and quite large breasts and hips, however sit-ups, push-ups and walking don't seem to be doing anything for it.
I would really like my boobs to shrink down to a 10DD (currently a 10J) and would like to loose my tummy and hips also. I'm Looking to loose around 10kg.
What exercises will help. Everything I do doesn't seam to do anything.
