7dpo,Could it be Implantation or AF???

Question

Been having slight cramping since 5dpo & 6dpo but this morning started having bad cramps & bleeding ,it was hurting bad I never had cramps like this during AF so I just recently put a heating pad on my belly & yes it eased the pain BUT LOOK AT THIS???,AF is due till the 12 I'm on a 34day cycle currently on 2weekwait also
