Orgasming?..

Okay soo.. I've had sex before, and I've done oral twice. My partner came, but I've never orgasmed. I don't know if it's because I wasn't aroused enough or if they were doing something wrong, but I've never cum, and i just wanted opinions on if that's weird or not, yanno to do things like that yet not have an orgasm yet.
