Sleeping difficulties
Hey guys, I'm currently trying to be a morning person, so I'm in dire need of some tips and tricks to turn my nasty habits around in order to wake up early to start my day.
I usually sleep at 3am every night and wake up at 1 pm I'm super tired of it, because not only do I feel like I've wasted my morning I also know that it's unhealthy. I've tried going to bed earlier but it only works for a day, and then I'm back to my ridiculous routine.
So my questions is, what do you do before bed to induce relaxation etc.?
