Falling out?

I have a feeling my Mirena is falling out but I'm not sure. I checked the strings last night and I felt something weird. I've also just started to have this sharp shooting pain from under my belly button and I'll randomly cramp and it affects my legs as well. Should this be something I should worry about!?

I always err on the side of caution with my IUD. I would get it checked out ASAP. But I believe it much less common for them to fall out if you've had it a while (like over 6 months). I'm sure it's still possible but less likely. I would go to the Dr if you are worried though.
