TMI little bleeding with regular discharge

So I went to wipe this morning and I thought I saw a little red tint but didn't really think anything of it ...then I went to the bathroom again and there was little mucusy bits with blood on it .  I have a uti and a yeast infection cause of the antibiotics but seeing blood worries me because of 1 past miscarriage .  I'm 15 1/2 weeks.  Is this reason to freak out or should I relax ?!
