Am I wrong for being upset?

Me & my SO have been together for a while... the story is me & him have been Ttc for 2 months now, and he was down for it. He told me to get off depo and try. So we did and we had a pregnancy scare but I got my af, and now he's telling 3 months after that he doesn't want a kid. Atleast not right now... but my problem is, why did he get my hopes up and tell me he's ready then tells me last minute when IM actually waiting to test our 2nd cycle soon... 😢 idk I feel like if I am pregnant he'll be there but won't be as happy..
