How come I don't ovulate?

I'm TTC baby #2 and for some reason I'm not ovulating. I've been taking ovulation test and they're saying I'm not. What do I do to ovulate? :(

Are your periods regular or not regular? If they come at different times each month or every other month you probably do ovulate but its alot harder to track since the cycles would be off normally there 28-34 days between
