Could I be pregnant? (Help from moms)

Question

I'm on the pill, I just started two months ago after the doctor had given me plan b which really messed up my cycle. 
I don't take the pill very responsibly I missed 1 day and it's never at the same time. 
I'm on many medications that make the effectiveness of the pill lowered.
 My boyfriend finishes inside me.

I've noticed I'm having some pregnancy symptoms (I looked each one up to see if it could be related)
-nausea everyday all day
-excessively tired
-bad body odour (Like I smell right after I shower)
-gassy
-constipated
-peeing every half hour
-different smell down there
-crying all the time

You will definitely need to take a test. It's important to take the pill everyday at the same time. And you said he finishes inside of you, which is always a risk. Also, antibiotics and medications lower the effectiveness so it doesn't sound like you're very protected.
