Stds?

Recently i had a uti and when i went to the doctor they asked if i was sexually active and i said yes so they did a "dirty" test and a "clean" test. They dirty test was were i peed in one cup without cleaing myself and the clean one was obviously where i disinfected first. Would the dirty test have checked for stds? I havent had sex since and now recently i have had bad cramps and very excessive greenish or brownish discharge. Im just wondering if any of yoy guys know or have experienced this before
