When did you find out gender?

How many weeks was you guys when u found out gender? I read online 18-20 weeks but my first and second was around 16weeks!  Also when did u hear baby heart beat on the Doppler?

With my son I paid extra for my doctor to do an early gender scan at 15 weeks.

I have always found out between 18-20 weeks. I've read a lot of stories where the earlier scans weren't always accurate. I have a scan around 13 weeks this pregnancy but if they see something I'll let them tell me but I won't go buying those type of items until its confirmed between 28-20 weeks. The dopler typically picks up the heart beat around 12 weeks.
