Anybody have experience with adoption plans ?

As much as it may hurt , I decided I'm giving my daughter up for adoption when I give birth to her . I'm only gonna be 17 when I have her , barely finished with school & skeptical about who I'm pregnant by in the first place which I'm being bullied about ... I'm suffering from multiple mental illnesses including major depressive disorder . I can't stop crying about it & I feel really shitty about being so stupid about this whole situation so I'm entering a psych ward today once I can build up the courage to tell my mom I feel like hurting myself ... but fuck all that - can someone enlighten me on adoption plans before I not make the right move on where I should start planning to place her ?

You may also search for local adoption agencies in whatever area you are in. They will have someone you can talk to, that will explain the process and answer any of your questions. It is totally your decision.. But I'm letting you know that never let anyone bully you into anything it's none of their damn business but yours!!! From your picture you are a beautiful young lady!! I got pregnant at 17 and thought about doing the same but I said hell no nobody's going to put me in a situation to give up my daughter .. And I didn't I kept her and I'm glad I did because she change my life for the better if it wasn't for her I'd be somewhere I don't wanna be!!! But like I said your decision just don't let anyone to make you feel u need to do something you don't want to ... I don't know you but I am here for u if you need anyone to talk to :)

It sounds like you've thought this through. There's so many people that are ready to be parents that will be thrilled to take on your little one! You have the chance to add to another's family. I don't know the "how to," but there's definitely services available through your doctor. They can help get you started!

Im 17 and pregnant, i have mental health issues, and im still it education. But im responsible for getting pregnant in the first place (as well as my boyfriend) and i'm keeping our little blob. It is possible to still continue with education and have a baby, i'm even due right in the middle of the school year!
