just wondered if drinking more water helps and if so how much should i be drinking??

I need to be a bit sarcastic here. I'm not a doctor, but I'm thinking more sperm intake will help with ttc over water intake.

No matter what you should always be drinking 2-3L a day

2-3 litres a day minimum no matter what. Get a 1 litre water bottle and carry it with you all day. It's pretty easy when you're able to track it like that. I tend to drink a litre in the morning and another in the afternoon and about half a litre or more by the time I go to bed. Better hydration leads to better CM
