I really need a professional hairdressers advice.. My mother who's (37) had her hair done earlier today by a mobile hairdresser , I don't even know if she's qualified or whatever but she bleached my mums hair as she's going blonde and coloured it, but after my mums hair was done it looks nice and whatever but my mother was complaining of lightheadedness and a burning scalp so I had a look at her scalp and it's red roar , cuts everywhere and big blisters with puss in them ! What the hell is this ? Has the bleach burnt her ? She's complaining it's really painful and the blisters and red patches and cuts etc look so sore :( shall I contact the hairdresser who did it ? I'm just so confused and upset and I don't know if this is normal My mums had bleached hair and many colours before and this is the first time this has happened using this 'hairdresser'
