TMI- (sorry!!!!) bloody show? Mucus plug?! Had cervix check today and non stress test.. Midwife said I'd have a little bleeding but this seems heavy with a clot!!

I was told if I could fill a pad that I should go straight to L&D I have never had that much bleeding after a cervical check

I would tell Labor and delivery to suck it and go in. That's not normal and it's heavy. Put that in a baggie and bring it to them.

The spotting has stopped baby is still moving fine!! We ended up just calling the hospital again and I emphasized PERIOD LIKE BLEEDING with a quarter sized clot and the nurse said it will stop and that I was welcome to come in but I'm fine. We did just have an ultrasound this morning, and exam and a stress test so I'm calming down and not as worried. Next appointment is Monday!!! Thanks ladies for your concern & comments!!!

I had my cervix check and membrane sweep and what came out after looked nothing like that. I would go to L&D. Is it still bleeding like that?

I had the same thing, except no clots, after my check last week. I freaked out and went straight to the hospital. Hooked me up to the monitors and me and baby we're both fine. I didn't bleed at all while I was at the hospital though, so they just watched the monitors for a bit and sent us home. Nothing since then.

I had the exact same thing after a cervical exam.  Went in the next day, it's normal and all checked out.  Still pregnant a week later...

I would go to L&D and take the panty liner in a baggy with me to show them! Always have been told to go straight to hopsital if there's any period like bleeding or clots. Good luck to you!

They always tell me a cervical check could cause spotting. That is most definitely not just spotting. I hope everything is all normal though. Please update if you find out anything!
