Are cisgendered people transphobic?

So I came across an individual named Milo Stewart on YouTube. This individual is trans (FTM) and identifies as non-binary. (I honestly have no clue what pronouns to use with this individual since they are non-binary so if you know the pronouns please feel feel to correct me for now I'm going to use he since he is FTM transgendered). Anyways on with the point. In Milo's videos (I've seen a few) he talks about how all cisgendered people are transphobic along with other out there claims. I would considered Milo a Social Juscice Warrior or SJW (don't ask me more about SJWs I'm new to the term and I am not educated enough to speak out about them) so so you agree that cisgendered individual are transphobic?

Please feel free to include other comments or if you have seen Milo's videos. Also, if you are transgendered please I would love to hear your response to Milo's views.

I think his claims are a bit out there because I am cisgendered (for those who don't know the term this means you identify as what you were born with aka non-transgender) and I am by far not transphobic.
