Lately I've been getting very swollen after sex and I dont know what to do or how to fix it or keep it from happening. Please help me, it's very uncomfortable and hurts

That used to happen to me and it turned out I was allergic to latex, try latex free condoms and see if that helps and/or try using lube so it's wetter down there:)

It is probably because you're not getting wet enough and you're experiencing a lot of friction.  Try a lube, water based if you use condoms.
