Cramping after possible ovulation?

Had a blood test done today to confirm ovulation but I'm pretty sure I ovulated on Friday the 22nd. Since Sunday afternoon I have had on and off dull cramping in my lower abdomen. Do these two things have anything in common? Hoping I ovulated and somethings going on in there!!! Lol

Also, how long does it take to get results back after a blood test?
