Confused..?

I've had a change of continents (North America to Europe) and my period went all outta wack. It would come only after I eat and that's strange to me and in small quantity, cuz no matter how much I eat at home, the flow stays the same amount. And today, I saw something white-ish/maybe yellow chuck fall out of my hoohaa and I don't know what it could be. That's what I'm confused about.
