I'm around 4wks but my hcg is only a 31. Am I going to miscarry? 😢

Have you asked your doctor? They should be telling you if this is ok or not? Maybe your not really at 4 weeks yet? Your levels should double every 48 to 72 hours. 
I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy...so when I got pregnant again they had me get my blood tested every other day for almost two weeks to make sure my levels kept rising.

No I don't think so when I first found out. My hcg was at 8.

Repeat in 48 hours.   Can't tell with just one number (unless your tests are getting lighter 😪).   Good luck girl.   Been there.

One number is somewhat meaningless.  The range is so big you could really be anywhere from 3-5 weeks.
 You really should have the test repeated 48 hours later to ensure its doubling properly

I go back in two days to test again. Doctor said they would call me tonight to let me know my levels, but I logged into my patient account and that's how I saw the results. Still haven't heard from the doctor 😠
