Antibiotics and ttc

I currently have tonsillitis for the 4th time in 16 weeks and am taking antibiotics. It's day 2 of my fertile window. Is this likely to affect me my chances of getting a bfp this month? Dh works away Monday to Friday and this is the first time in a while that he has actually been home during my fertile window and I don't want to miss my chance when he might not be around at the right time again for a while.
