Camping-- help?

Question

So, I'm a teenager going camping with my family members (grandma, aunts, cousins, grandpa, ect) next Tuesday for 5 days. I sorta kinda cut my arm, like 20 times.. They don't know, only my cousin knows. There isn't any privacy there, so I can't cover them with makeup. No bathrooms or anything. It's the middle of nowhere. I'm freaking out. It's really really hot so they won't let me wear a jacket, they'll force me to take it off. I'm honestly terrified right now that they'll find out, which they most likely will. What can I do to hide them? I'm willing to do anything I can. I've been cleaning them with neosporin daily, so they're clean. Please don't lecture me, I know it's bad and I know I need to stop, but it's an addiction. I can't just stop one day. I'm working on it. 
Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: I asked on whisper (as it's anonymous) and this guy is making me freak out even more. 
The cuts aren't very deep at all.. I don't know if that matters or not. How do I prevent infection while I'm there..? Thanks for answering any questions I asked, I'm really nervous that I'm going to get a bad infection now.

EDIT 2: my parents will not be there. I'm really uncomfortable with everyone else knowing, especially my little cousins and my brother, so I really would like to avoid telling anymore if I can. 
I'd also like to note that I've been doing this for months, it's on my stomach and thighs (although thighs are scars mainly). This is just the first time on my arm. My stomach is my main area, because it's easier to hide. I just moved here two weeks ago, so I'm not very close to them. I haven't seen them in years.

I think your family needs to see your arm and be aware of what's going on so they can get you the help you need.

Although they ll freak out at first and worry about you it s better if they know ... There is help out there for everyone ! Keeping it a secret might be the cool think to do but it s stressful as hell as you can see....just explain to them just like you did to is that u know that is not good and that you re trying to stop ... Alright first thing first. Don't tell me you don't want a lecture on this, you understand its not a good thing to do, yes. But you don't understand why you do it to yourself. Its not an addiction its a release. You need to find yourself and figure what is causing you to feel the need to cut. This isn't coming from some rando stranger, this is coming from someone who was pro at cutting and hiding it, and I did just up and quit one day. After I quit cutting though, I turned to worse things. Much worse. And that's not a place you want to end up.

Second thing. You can get alcohol wipes, or take rubbing alcohol with you. Neosporin doesn't prevent infection, it just helps heal quicker. Rubbing alcohol or peroxide is the best way to keep any cuts clean. And ignore the crazy guy who says you're going to lose an arm. You won't. Find somebody older that you can confide in. Even if its someone on an app or in a forum. Find someone who can talk you through the things that make you want to cut. I promise you don't just do it for fun.
