Possible Miscarriage!

So I found out last thursday that I'm pregnant did the test at home, I didn't tell my husband I was supposed to surprise him on his birthday next week but it didn't turn out as planned. Today I freak out because i was bleeding I had to tell him and we went to the ER and found out that Im possble having a miscarriage going on, the Doktor said they couldnt confirm if it's for sure. I have a follow check up with my OB in 3 days. But the doktor said we should prepare ourself for miscarge because its leaning towards it. Now I can't stop crying.. I'm crossing all my fingers hoping for the best.
