Babies heads are the size of their bodies for quiet a while into pregnancy. A big head is normal until their little bodies catch up.

At the first things the baby develops is its neural tube, spine and brain; so the head develops before the entire torso, arms, legs etc. They look like their head is too big but around the end of first trimester/beginning of second they'll start to look like a real baby ☺️

Lol I called my little guy "big head"  for the longest time.  His  body caught up with his head at the 20 week anatomy scan.  Now I call him "my little sugar skull".  I'm  a mean mommy!

My first looked like an alien and I only had 1 ultrasound at 12wks. 
This one looked like a gummy bear at 11wks.

I think it's a little early to be perfectly proportionate.  Give him time to catch up with himself lol
