This might be a little gross but the other day I started cramping really bad started bleeding and then this fell out... It scared me so bad could this be a miscarriage or something else?

This happened to me like a two weeks ago. But it fell in the toilet and I  hit the flush and I was like shoot why didn't I get that out. But no blood.

I don't think it looks like a fetus. I helped mine after it passed and is was all bloody and deep red.

The yellowish color looks like cystic fibers to me. (My dad had a cyst on his back three years ago and one side was a off yellow color and the other side had pus on it) But it also looks like odd discharge. Definitely take a few pics of it and put it in a ziploc bag and take it to the doctor. Like the other posts said, could be something, could be nothing. Good luck with the doctors! (:
